ALSSEN S.L. wishes to inform users of the website, as the Data Controller, of the policy implemented regarding the processing of all personal data provided through the forms on the website, social networks or other means, both electronic and paper.

The collection of personal data, its processing and subsequent use are subject to the legislation in force in Spain regarding data protection, currently established by Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (hereinafter LOPD-GDD) and its complementary regulations, and by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of these data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).


Where your personal data is collected

ALSSEN S.L. informs its users that personal data may be collected, mainly, by sending an email to the email address [email protected], provided that you include any personal data in it, as well as by means of the forms that ALSSEN S.L. includes on the website in the future and in which ALSSEN S.L. is identified as the party responsible for the data collected through them.

ALSSEN S.L. informs users of the website that the optional or obligatory nature of completing all the data requested will be previously notified.

If you do not wish ALSSEN S.L. to process your personal data for the indicated purpose, please refrain from completing the forms on the website. In any case, you will be informed expressly and legibly of the conditions under which personal data are collected and the purposes for which they will be used, of the obligation to provide them or not, of the rights that assist the user, of the conditions under which they can be exercised, and of any other complementary information that may be necessary.

Purpose of the collection and processing of personal data

Regarding personal data collected by email and/or by filling out forms on the website, the purposes of processing will be the following:

CONTACTS: to respond to your communication; to respond to your request for information.

NEWSLETTER: to send you commercial information and news related to our products and services by email.

CURRICULUM: to review your professional proposal and manage the organization's selection processes while your CV is being stored.

COOKIES: Regarding the purposes of using cookies, please consult our Cookies Policy.

CLIENTS AND SUPPLIERS: to provide the contracted service or the delivery of the requested goods, billing and collection. Sending commercial communications of interest to our clients, as well as to keep them informed about news and promotions of products and services.

WEB USERS: The administrative management of requests for access and download of catalogues of our products and services, as well as consultation of their commercial data and status of their orders.

In this way, and prior to sending any form on the website, the user is informed to express his/her consent to the processing of personal data and accept our data protection and privacy policy, which personal data are collected and processed, and their specific purpose, and the user may freely express his/her consent with the option “I accept” the data protection policy and the processing of his/her personal data.


Automated individual decisions

ALSSEN S.L. does not use fully automated decision-making processes to establish, develop or terminate a contractual relationship with the client. In order to be able to offer you products and/or services in accordance with your interests and improve your user experience, we may create a “commercial profile” based on the information provided. However, no automated decisions will be made based on this profile.


Legitimation

The legitimacy of the processing of personal data is based on the user's consent when accepting the privacy policy and cookie policy and sending us their personal data. The user can revoke their consent at any time. In each data collection process from the different categories of interested parties, the legitimacy of the data processing is established, which is always based on the following considerations:

The personal data subject to processing will not be used for purposes other than those set out herein or, where applicable, by another document or contract that binds both parties with specific conditions.

The controller will take measures to ensure that any person acting under his authority and having access to personal data can only process said data following instructions from the controller, unless he is required to do so by virtue of Union or Member State law.

Data quality

The data communicated through the website or a form must be accurate and up to date, and updating the data is the sole responsibility of the users.


Exercise of rights

ALSSEN S.L., as Data Controller, informs you that users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, limitation of data processing and data portability, through any of the following means:

The exercise of these rights by the user must be carried out by sending a written communication, together with a photocopy of the National Identity Document or another legally valid means of proving the user's identity, to the following address: ALSSEN S.L., Carrer Gandia, 2, Local 7, Finestrat (Alicante), 03509.

Said communication will contain the following information:

  • Name and surname of the user.
  • Request specifying the application.
  • Address for notifications, date and signature of the user.
  • Documents supporting the request being made, if applicable.

By email to the address [email protected], to which you must send a communication from the account registered in our files. This communication will contain the same information as indicated in the previous section.

The user also has the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.


Storage time

Personal identifying data of clients, website users and suppliers are kept as long as a contractual relationship is maintained with them, they remain registered in the service or have not expressly requested the cancellation and deletion of data, and always within the minimum period required by law.

Newsletter data is kept indefinitely until you have expressly requested cancellation.

Contact data will be kept as long as your request is attended to.

The data collected will be deleted when it is no longer necessary or relevant for the purpose for which it was collected or recorded. Minors

We do not collect information about your date of birth or age through the forms, so only adults may send us their personal data, otherwise they must send the authorization of their father, mother or guardian.


Guarantees of digital rights

As established by the new Law 3/2018 of the LOPD and GDD:

Users of the Web and social networks have the right to the security of communications that they transmit and receive through the Internet and all have the right to freedom of expression on the Internet.

ALSSEN S.L. has adopted appropriate protocols to enable the exercise of the right of rectification for users who disseminate content that violates the right to honor, personal and family privacy on the Internet and the right to freely communicate or receive truthful information, in accordance with the requirements and procedures provided for in Organic Law 2/1984, of March 26, regulating the right of rectification.

Every person has the right to have the personal data that they have provided for publication by ALSSEN S.L. social network services and equivalent information society services deleted at their simple request.

Every person has the right to have personal data concerning him or her deleted, which has been provided by third parties for publication by social network services and equivalent information society services, when it is inadequate, inaccurate, not relevant, not up-to-date or excessive or has become so over time, taking into account the purposes for which it was collected or processed, the time elapsed and the nature and public interest of the information.
